Corporate blogging = Radical Innovation = success & longevity?

These weeks I’m stuffed up writing my master Thesis - so excuse me for my poor posting frequency.

You can help though - I’m interested in the field between on the one side establishing personal Communities of Practice - fx. Weblogs - transforming them from the personal level into the corporate context. The underlying assumption is - of course - that introduction of Corporate Blogs will drive Radical Innovation further for the companies involved

Sounds easy - right?

Do you know of any examples who could proff my assumption? Hi-tech? Low-tech? Companies who uses Weblogs as a “room” for conversation? Internal, external? With Costumers? With Competitors? Other?
