Isn’t that what weblogs is all about?
Susanne has some very interesting thoughts about how diversity in Communities of Practices; CoP can be used as a driving force for innovation. Imagine the weblog as a hub, as a CoP, what happens when I read a post on different blog? Hopefully something happens - maybe I will get new perspectives on things, maybe new ideas is ignited. Innovation will happen - at least sometimes.
