Blogging isn’t all about publishing, conversation and fun. For most Companies it’s about bugs.

If you know of cases who can prove specific effects like improved costumer satisfaction, reduced costs in knowledge management, other - I would be thankful hearing from you. Any business case is appreciated.

  1. Not so long ago, Paul Scrivens of Business Logs wrote a blog entry on the Squarespace blog.

    Generally Business Logs ( http://businesslogs.com/archives.php ) is full of business examples etc. - but I suppose you already know some of this.

    I am really looking forward to seeing some progress on the book!

  3. Primarily I would recommend (unless you already have) that you read The Tao of ROI, an article which helped me a lot some months ago. http://www.darwinmag.com/read/060104/taoroi.html

    I also remember reading an IBM Redbook on ROI, but I just can’t seem to find it.

    Thanks for the invite, i’d surely love to write a bit on ROI and when on that perspective, you have to include TCO calculations.
