PubSub reports that it is now tracking 8 million weblogs. More than six million new blogs have popped up just in the last six months.

Are those figures for real? How many weblogs are more than a quick one-or-two-post-experiments? Any figures about were they are from? Countries?

I’m preparing a post for Paul about Business Blogging in Europe and numbers or other facts will be much appreciated :-)
