Okay - you have a new product in the assembly line. You know its coming, you have to push it out in the marketplace, you a dependent on a lot of buzz. What do you do?
Well - knowing of the new possibilities that the world have to give you you’ll of course consider hiring a blogger.
That is what Treo has done. Or is it in fact a private blog? I really don’t know but it put a new dimension into the corporate blogosphere - some of you already know. But it’s a nice example!

Two ways to approach this.
Mike Manuel has a piece here about creating buzz ahead of the DEMO conference — they are doing some interesting work.

Which to choose? Probably depends on whether you really like your customers or just think you do.
