I just came by a very interesting article which contains some very interesting elements on how to boost creativity.
I’ll not go into detail here, but the overall elements are:
1. Capturing
2. Challenging
3. Broardening
4. Surrounding
Personally I find the capturing-part very interesting. And of course I see the weblog technology as a container for exactly capturing thoughts, brainstorming and not to forget the personal- and team reflection during the process.
Many creative processes happen in small teams, maybe as skunkwork in organisations or as part of an overall strategic process.
In either case weblogs van be used ad a working tool.
Right now I’m working on a concept named “The Innovative Meeting” - one of the elements I’m planning to use is weblogs. If you have any experience using weblogs as a part of facilitation of meetings or conferences - please let me know.
Thanks to Naina for the inspiration.
