Yesterday I received a little package - snail mail. It was a ring for my wife. The story is a kind of cute.
As a Christmas gift I wanted to surprise my wife with a special handcrafted ring. From one of my friends I got in contact with Sus Haleem. She is a rising star in handcrafted jewellery. I phoned her to find out where I could buy her rings. She told me that everything was sold out but that she would call me when she got new stock.
She did - last week. What I couldn’t tell her at the time was the size of my wife’ finger. No problemo, she said - “I’ll send you three different sizes, pick the one you need and return the rest.

And yesterday I got the package with three rings. My wife picked the right fit and I’m returning the remaining two.
Now, that’s good service, isn’t it?
