2 years ago I introduced a very good friend to what blogging is all about. At least I thought so by the time.
We made a vey quick weblog based om Movable Type. My knowledge was at that time very limited. I didn’t now very much about Movable Type.
In the meantime I experimented with Typepad - its almost the same thing - but very easy to use, and with good friends I now managed a nice frontend-implementation….
The other side of the story is the organisational implementation - very interesting. If you want to know more about how we did it, how far we got by now, and what we are planning for the furture, please let me know, and I’ll tell you.
BTW it’s an internal weblog - purpose is discussing Appreciative Inquiry as an HR-tool. Very interesting, indeed!!
